Property Owner Directory
We will be making updates to the Directory on a Quarterly basis. Please email the webmaster if you would like to update your information.
If you would like to update your Directory information, please complete the CCSPOA Website Registration/Directory Update Form. Directory updates are made quarterly
PLEASE NOTE: We are working on an updated directory and will post it once it is ready.
Waste
A reminder that our trash is retrieved on Wednesdays. Please do not place cans in the street, but in your driveway. Please do not place trash cans out prior to evening before pickup and always return empty cans the evening of pickup to a location on your property not visible from the street, neighboring properties or the golf course.

2022 Bulk and Yard Waste Calendar
Bulk waste and yard waste will alternate every other week and must be placed outside the carts, near the curb, for pick up on your scheduled trash collection day.

Extra garbage bags are not considered bulk waste.

Yard Waste

- Leaves, grass trimmings, brush, wood chips, and shrub and tree trimmings.
- NO roots or stumps larger than six inches wide!
Yard waste needs to be placed in a separate container, or bagged, or tied in bundles that are less than six feet in length and less than 50 lbs. per bundle, bag or container. Only two cubic yards of yard or bulk waste per resident will be picked up on your scheduled day. Do not put any yard or bulk waste in the blue or green carts.
Contact Waste Connections to schedule pick-up of tires and white goods (refrigerators, ranges, washers, dryers, water heaters, dishwashers and other similar appliances).

Trespassing and Misuse of Golf Course Property
Dear CCSPOA Owners,
The Country Club Golf Course is Private Property and not for use by individual property owners. Property owners who own a private golf cart or all-terrain vehicle are prohibited from driving these vehicles on Golf Course property anytime day or night.
In addition, no part of the the Golf Course is to be used as a playground or ball field at any time for any reason. The course, paths, driving range, restaurant area and surrounding grounds are Private Property. Those who choose to trespass or allow their children or visitors to trespass will be reported to the Highland's County Sheriff's Dept.
Please communicate with your family members and visitors so that no situations related to trespassing arise. Thank you in advance for complying with these rules. Respectfully, CCSPOA Board of Directors
