Purpose of the Association
The specific purposes for which the Association is formed are to provide for operation, maintenance, preservation and architectural control of the roads, lots and common area, and improvements thereon, within the development and to promote the health, safety and welfare of the members of the Association.

If you would like to make a reservation for the Gazebo or Pavilion, please contact the CAM at (863) 471-0078. A separate golf course and tennis course is also available in our community. If you would like to participate or learn more, you can contact the golf course at (863) 382-3500 and the Highlands Tennis Association at (863) 386 - 4282.
