Exterior alterations and new-builds

The RRC is responsible for reviewing and approving exterior alterations and the construction of new-builds.
11.3 General Plan. It is the intent of this Declaration to create a general plan, scheme of development, and environment of standards for the Country Club of Sebring residential community. Accordingly, the RRC shall have the right, within the Country Club of Sebring residential community, to approve or disapprove all architectural, landscaping, and improvements. The RRC shall have the right to evaluate all plans and specifications as to harmony of exterior design, landscaping, location of any proposed improvements, relationship to surrounding structures, topography and conformity with such other reasonable requirements as shall be adopted by the RRC, approved by the Board. The RRC may impose standards for construction and development which may be greater or more stringent than standards prescribed in applicable building, zoning, or other local governmental codes. Any additional standards or modification of existing standards shall require the consent of the CCSPOA Board of Directors, which may be granted or denied in its sole discretion, and will be contained in the Community Standards.

11.9 Powers and Duties of the RRC. No improvements shall be installed, constructed, applied, etc., on any property within the Country Club of Sebring residential community, no exterior color of a Home shall be changed, no landscaping, sign, or improvements erected, removed, planted, maintained, nor shall any material addition to or any change, replacement, or alteration or improvements as originally constructed (visible from the exterior of the Home) be made until all plans and specifications showing the nature, kind, shape, height, materials, floor plans, color scheme, and the location of same shall have been submitted to and approved in writing by the RRC. Exceptions to these requirements are proper maintenance and repair of Dwellings and property.

Meetings

RRC meetings are held the third Tuesday of the month in the Guard Shack. Meeting schedule and location is subject to change.
