All CCSPOA members are welcome to attend the board meetings. Time and date will be posted here.

Please refer all complaints and questions to [email protected] or by contacting a Board Member directly. Board members are volunteers and will respond to complaints and questions at their earliest convenience.

As a reminder, this Board enforces all of our POA documents and regulations. Infractions will be addressed and enforced.

Any exterior alterations, including repairs after hurricanes, must be approved by the Residential Review Committee (RRC). Exterior alteration application available here, and should be sent directly to the Chairman of the RRC.
